For projects outside Ho Chi Minh City, customers will need to cover additional transportation and accommodation costs, calculated at 200,000 VND/km from the company’s head office.

A. ORDERING PROCESS

B. GOODS LIFT INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Product: SUPER ECONOMICAL GOODS LIFT with a lifting capacity of 150 kg.
  • Origin: The lift is manufactured and assembled by VNDB Construction Investment Joint Stock Company with a high localization rate.

APPLICATIONS OF THE GOODS LIFT

  • The GOODS LIFT is an effective and convenient lifting solution for individuals, businesses, households, small shops, warehouses, and multi-storey workshops that need to transport goods between floors. It is specially designed for carrying goods, production materials, business products, and other items safely and efficiently.
  • The installation location can be flexible depending on the actual site conditions. The lift can be installed indoors or outdoors. Customers can also take advantage of skylights or vertical openings to install the goods lift, helping save maximum working space. However, the installation area must be large enough to meet the minimum lift shaft size of 1.5 m x 1.3 m.

DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS LIFT

  • The GOODS LIFT is designed by a team of skilled and dedicated engineers. The product has a practical structure, clean appearance, and is easy to install and assemble.
  • The motor system is newly imported and comes with CO – Certificate of Origin and CQ – Certificate of Quality, ensuring good quality and high durability.
  • The lift frame is fabricated by VNDB using high-strength steel. The guide rail system is made from galvanized steel box sections, helping reduce oxidation during operation.
  • The control panel allows the lift to stop at the desired floor.

C. GOODS LIFT WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty policy reflects the quality of the product and the service capability of the supplier. VNDB provides a standard warranty policy to ensure safe and reliable operation for customers.

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • All lift products supplied by VNDB are installed and warranted for 1 year, equivalent to 12 months, from the date of handover and commissioning. The warranty period may be extended depending on customer requirements or the company’s policy. Under this warranty policy, VNDB’s technicians will inspect and maintain the lift to ensure that it continues to operate properly.
  • During the warranty period, if the lift has any technical problem caused by manufacturer defects in equipment or components, VNDB will repair or replace the faulty parts within 48 hours in inner-city areas. If the problem is serious and requires more time for repair, VNDB will temporarily replace the equipment or components with available spare parts to ensure that the customer’s operation is not interrupted.

CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY

  • The product is still within the warranty period according to the handover record or warranty information form.
  • The lift is used correctly according to VNDB’s operating instructions.
  • The issue is caused by a technical fault from the supplier.

CASES NOT COVERED BY FREE WARRANTY

  • The product warranty period has expired according to the handover record.
  • The customer does not comply with the terms of the contract.
  • The lift is not used for the correct purpose or does not match the functions recommended by the supplier.
  • The product is damaged due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, fire, abnormal power supply, or similar causes.
  • The product is modified or repaired by a third party without written approval from VNDB.
  • Consumable parts such as light bulbs, batteries, and similar components are damaged during use.
  • Technical component faults are not caused by the manufacturer.

GOODS LIFT WARRANTY PROCESS

STEP 1: VNDB prepares a plan and schedules with the customer within 4 working hours after receiving the information.

STEP 2: VNDB staff contact the customer, collect feedback about product quality, and carry out warranty service within 48 hours.

STEP 3: VNDB checks the quality of each lift component.

STEP 4: VNDB cleans and checks the operating functions of the control cabinet and motor components.

STEP 5: VNDB cleans and checks the operating functions of the control panel, limit switches, and related components.

STEP 6: VNDB performs a test run after warranty service, records the results, and discusses them with the customer.

STEP 7: After the warranty period expires, customers can switch to VNDB’s maintenance service.

QUALITY OF REPLACEMENT LIFT EQUIPMENT DURING WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

All equipment and components replaced during the warranty period are genuine and quality-assured by VNDB.

All parts are carefully inspected and selected according to the company’s technical standards.

D. STANDARD GOODS LIFT INSTALLATION PROCESS

E. PROCESS FOR RECEIVING INFORMATION AND INSTALLING THE SUPER ECONOMICAL GOODS LIFT

STEP 1: VNDB receives customer requests directly through the hotline 0987 012 020 or indirectly through VNDB’s communication channels such as Facebook, Zalo, and Email.

STEP 2: VNDB provides free consultation and sends the customer a detailed quotation together with a preliminary drawing of the goods lift.

STEP 3: The customer confirms the quotation and the expected completion time.

STEP 4: Both parties proceed with contract signing and the customer makes the first payment.

STEP 5: VNDB transports materials and equipment to the project site. Both parties sign a material delivery confirmation record, and the customer makes the second payment.

STEP 6: VNDB carries out installation and signs the handover record to put the lift into use.

STEP 7: VNDB conducts lift quality inspection to ensure that the lift is ready for safe and efficient operation, if required.

STEP 8: Both parties complete all required documents for the third payment and final settlement.

STEP 9: VNDB provides warranty service according to the handover record or warranty information form.

F. GOODS LIFT QUALITY STANDARDS

Depending on the type of lift and its intended use, each lift system must meet specific technical and safety standards. A goods lift is designed to transport goods in warehouses, workshops, and production facilities, so safety must always be ensured.

Safety is a key factor that determines VNDB’s product quality and reputation.

After installation and before being put into operation, the lift may be inspected by the competent authority based on applicable quality standards. Only after passing the inspection can the lift be approved for use.

All inspection steps must be carried out according to strict procedures and in compliance with legal regulations.
