Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty

Free warranty service will not apply in the following cases:

• The product warranty period has expired according to the handover record.

• The customer does not comply with the terms of the contract.

• The goods lift is not used for the correct purpose or is operated outside the recommended functions.

• The product is damaged due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, fire, or abnormal power supply.

• The product is modified or repaired by a third party without written approval from VNDB.

• Consumable parts such as light bulbs, batteries, and similar items are damaged during use.

• Technical component faults are not caused by the manufacturer.
