Products traded at http://thanghang.vn must fully meet the provisions of the law, do not sell counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin.
Trading activities are carried out openly and transparently, ensuring the interests of consumers.

2. REGULATIONS AND FORM OF PAYMENT
Buyers and sellers can refer to the following payment methods and choose to apply the appropriate method:
Option 1: Direct payment (buyers receive goods at the seller's address):
Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyers come to the sales address
Step 3: Buyers pay in cash, transfer and receive goods.
Option 2: Pay later (COD – delivery and collection of money):
Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, message, email).
Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information.
Step 4: The seller ships the goods.
Step 5: Buyers receive goods and pay in cash and transfer.
Method 3: Payment by bank transfer:
Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, message, email).
Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information.
Step 4: Buyer pays.
Step 5: The seller ships the goods.
Step 6: Buyer receives goods.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and shipping process
VNDB delivers nationwide (shipping fee not included). When receiving an order from the buyer and after confirming the purchase information by phone, VNDB will deliver the goods at the request of the customer:
Keep the goods at VNDB Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and the buyer will come directly to VNDB headquarters to check and receive the goods.
Delivery to over 64 provinces in Vietnam.
4. WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty: 12 months for all new products; 06 months for old products.

Terms of exchange and refund:
Complete with product box.
Full warranty card (if any) and accompanying accessories, purchase invoice of VNDB.
Valuable promotional gifts (if any).
Products in the list of items that are returned.
In case of lack of the above conditions: charge on a case-by-case basis. In addition, NO additional fees will be charged.
Some frequently asked questions:
1. How to return the goods?
Before returning a product to VNDB, please refer to our Return Policy to ensure your product is eligible for a return.
Then just follow these simple steps:
Confirm return and exchange by Email to: vtth@vndb.vn
Package the product with the purchase receipt.
Send it back to VNDB via shipping service (note that the customer bears the shipping cost)
2. What is the exchange and refund policy at VNDB?
The exchange and return policy of VNDB accepts customers to return one/several products in the order, and can choose to receive a refund or exchange for a replacement product.
3. How soon can I receive the results of my return?
Submission of a replacement or refund will only commence after we have completed our review of the product you are sending back.
This product qualification process may take approximately 5-7 business days.
4. Does VNDB pay shipping fees for returned products?
Shipping fee, EMS fee when returning the product to exchange or return to VNDB is paid by the customer to the shipping unit.
VNDB does not refund the cost of exchanging and returning this item to you.
6. INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY
VNDB is committed to protecting the privacy of Customer's information.
7. SHIPPING POLICY AND SHIPPING FEES.
+ Customers who buy at VNDB office will receive goods immediately upon payment.
+ Customers in HCMC area will be delivered within 2 working days from the time we receive the payment to VNDB's account
+ Customers in the provinces will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time we receive the payment to VNDB's account. Note: Time may be delayed depending on the shipping unit.
